At Zopa Bank, I lead engineering across contact centre technology, AI platform architecture, and engineering operations. Previously, I spent over four years at Moonpig where I built the Manchester engineering hub, oversaw a complete technology re-platforming, supported a £1.2bn IPO, and led the migration of Greetz onto the new platform.
